Warranty
CTG provides 180 days warranty of satisfactory performance on the portal.
Warranty Support
During warranty, CTG provides Installation Support, Bug Fixing, if any and enhancements.
These services are provided in the following manner:
1) Support is provided through our global support centre in the off-line mode
2) Warranty will be void if the software supplied by CTG has been modified by the client or any integration with third party has been carried out without consent, approval.
3) Standard Service Hours: The standard hours for this service will be 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays, and other notified holidays. All other times apart from the standard service hours shall incur a surcharge.
